How to Register to Buy Online

Joining is simple! Just follow the steps below:

  • Log on to our website - nswlotteries.com.au
  • Click on the 'Buy Online' button (this takes you to a separate page)
  • Enter your PRN (Players Registration Number) located on the back of your Players Club card
  • This will direct you to our exclusive external online agency - 'Oz Lotteries'
  • From this site, you can join and purchase your tickets online
  • Click on 'Join Now' and follow the prompts
  • You will need to enter your 'Name on Card'
    (exactly as it appears on your NSW Lotteries Players Club card e.g. Smith S, or Jones Mark)
  • Enter the postcode that your Players Club card is registered to
  • Enter your email address
  • Press 'Submit'

Once you have completed the above steps you
will be ready to purchase tickets online!

How to Buy Tickets Online

Once you have joined you are ready to play!

You can either transfer funds into your account by
selecting 'My Account' or select 'Play Now'
and simply choose:

  • The game you wish to purchase
  • Type of entry you want to purchase
    (Standard entry, System entry or a Super Combo entry)
  • The draw you want the entry in
  • How many games you wish to play
  • Number of draws to be played
  • Numbers you wish to play (pick your own or let the system
    generate the numbers for you)
  • When you have entered your numbers select 'Add to Basket'
  • You can then play more games or Proceed to Checkout to
    complete your purchase
  • At the checkout if you do not have sufficient funds for your Purchase select the 'Deposit Funds' button to transfer money into your account.

Q. Does purchasing tickets online cost the same as at a retail agent?

A. No. There are different costs for purchasing online which are generally more expensive.

Q. Do I need to be a member of Players Club to purchase online?

A. Yes.  However you will also need to open an account (as outlined in the 'How to Register to Buy Online' tab).

Q. My Oz Lotteries™ account has been locked.  What do I do?

A. Your Oz Lotteries™ account will automatically reset after 24 hours. Ensure the details you have entered are correct. The 'Name on Card' entered should be exactly the same as that which appears on your Players Club card or if you have joined online, and received an email, the 'Name on Card' is as per the temporary card displayed in the middle of the email.

Q. My credit card is not being accepted. What can I do?

A. You will need to check with your banking/financial institution to ensure you can use these facilities as some institutions do not allow transactions with lottery providers or they have minimum withdrawal limits.
